If informal negotiation fails to resolve the dispute, the matter shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Williamsburg, Virginia. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties. If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator within 15 days, either party may request that an arbitrator be appointed by a recognized arbitration service operating under simplified procedures.
The arbitration shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and conducted in English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.
3. Class-Action Waiver
By using this website, you agree to waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits, collective claims, or any other representative proceedings against Let’s Build Health. All claims must be brought on an individual basis.
